FUEL MAGISTAL AND NOZZLES

Removal and installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove pressure in fuel system and disconnect a weight wire from the accumulator.
2. Disconnect electric sockets from the sensor of temperature of air arriving in the engine and a measuring instrument of a stream of air.
3. Weaken collars and remove hoses of ventilation of a case of the engine from a back part of a cover of a head.
4. Weaken collars and disconnect the inlet channel from the case of the air filter and the case of throttles and take it from a motor compartment.
5. Remove a bracket and separate an accelerator cable from spherical sharnirny connection of a cam of a throttle.
6. Disconnect the electric socket from the step-by-step engine of management of idling turns, unscrew bolts and remove an arm of a cable of an accelerator from the case of throttles.
7. Weaken fastening brackets (are specified by shooters) and uncover the top part of fuel nozzles.
8. Unscrew connecting nuts and disconnect fuel hoses from the fuel highway.
9. Unscrew three bolts, remove the fuel highway together with nozzles from a collector. Remove the bottom sealing rings from fuel nozzles.
10. Release a bracket of fastening and remove a fuel nozzle from the fuel highway. Remove the top sealing ring from a fuel nozzle.
11. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal. Thus on fuel nozzles it is necessary to establish new sealing rings.

PRESSURE REGULATOR

Removal and installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove pressure in fuel system and remove a weight wire from the accumulator.
2. For improvement of access to a regulator of pressure weaken a collar and remove a hose of ventilation of a case of the engine from a back part of a cover of a head.
3. Disconnect a vacuum hose (1) from a regulator. Weaken a clip of fastening (2) and remove a regulator from the top part of the fuel highway.
4. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal. Thus it is necessary to use new sealing rings.

ENGINE OF MANAGEMENT OF IDLING TURNS

Removal and installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect electric sockets from the sensor of temperature of arriving air and a measuring instrument of a stream of air. Weaken a collar and disconnect a hose of ventilation of a case from a back part of a cover of a head. Weaken collars and remove the inlet channel of air from the engine.
2. Disconnect the electric socket (a photo at the left), unscrew screws (are specified by shooters a photo on the right) and remove the engine of management of idling turns from lateral face of the case of throttles.
3. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal.

THROTTLE POTENTIOMETER

Removal and installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Switch off ignition and disconnect the electric socket from a potentiometer of a throttle which is located on a back part of the case of throttles.
2. Unscrew screws and remove a potentiometer from the case of throttles.
3. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal. Thus it is necessary to establish a potentiometer so that it was precisely combined with a butterfly valve axis.

THE SENSOR OF TEMPERATURE OF COOLING LIQUID

The sensor of temperature of cooling liquid is screwed up in a casing on the left forward end of a head of the block of cylinders.

THE SENSOR OF TEMPERATURE OF AIR ARRIVING IN THE ENGINE

Removal and installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Switch off ignition and disconnect the electric socket from the sensor
2. Weaken collars and disconnect the inlet air channel from a measuring instrument of a stream of air and a casing of the air filter and take it from a motor compartment.
3. Remove the sensor.
4. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal.

MEASURING INSTRUMENT OF THE STREAM OF AIR

Removal and installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Switch off ignition and disconnect the electric socket from a measuring instrument of a stream of air.
2. Weaken collars, disconnect inlet channels and remove a measuring instrument of a stream of air.
3. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal.

SENSOR OF THE CRANKED SHAFT

The sensor is established on a forward part of the block of cylinders and is available from below.

Removal and installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Lift a forward part of the car and fix on supports.
2. Remove a forward support of the power unit.
3. Release sensor electroconducting from brackets of fastening and disconnect the electric socket.
4. Unscrew a bolt and remove the sensor.
5. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal. Thus it is necessary to establish a new sealing ring on the sensor.

CAMSHAFT SENSOR

Removal and installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Unscrew screws and remove a casing of spark plugs from the top part of a cover of a head.
2. Switch off ignition and disconnect the electric socket from the camshaft sensor.
3. Remove a forward casing of a gear belt.
4. Unscrew a bolt and remove the camshaft sensor from the top part of a head.
5. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal.

DETONATION SENSOR

The sensor of a detonation is established on a back part of the block of cylinders and is available from below.

Removal and installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Lift a forward part of the car and fix on supports.
2. Disconnect sensor electroconducting from fastening brackets.
3. Release brackets of fastening and lift a cover with electric wires over a back part of a head of the block of cylinders for access to the electric socket of the sensor. Disconnect the electric socket.
4. Unscrew a bolt and remove the sensor.
5. Check that interfaced surfaces of the sensor and the block of cylinders pure and dry. Establish the sensor and fix it a bolt. Further installation is made in sequence, return to removal.

ELECTRONIC CONTROL DEVICE

The ECU block is located under a water reflector before a windscreen.

Removal and installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove a weight wire from the accumulator. Remove screen wiper levers.
2. Remove the top consolidation from a partition of a motor compartment and remove a water reflector.
3. Unscrew nuts and remove a protective casing of the ECU block.
4. Disconnect electric sockets, unscrew nuts and remove the ECU block.
5. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal.

RELAY OF THE FUEL PUMP

The relay of the fuel pump is located in a motor compartment in the relay block.

Removal and installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Uncover the block of the relay and remove the relay of the fuel pump which is painted in violet color.
2. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal.
