5.1.3. Air filter and inlet channels

GENERAL INFORMATION

Removal of the inlet channel on models with l engines 1,8 and 2,0

On these models inlet channels fasten bolts.

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. For removal of a casing of the air filter weaken fastening brackets, disconnect the air channel, unscrew nuts and remove a casing from a motor compartment.

2. On models with one-dot system of injection of fuel, disconnect a vacuum hose and an air inlet of warmed-up air from a casing of the air filter.

3. Tubes of the inlet channel can be disconnected and removed after removal of brackets of fastening. In certain cases it is necessary to remove a hose of ventilation of a case of the engine and electric sockets. Inlet channels also can fasten bolts.

Installation

Installation is made in sequence, return to removal.
