5.1.15. Elements of one-dot system of injection of fuel

FUEL NOZZLE

Fuel nozzle, it is central established in the case of throttles is the electromagnetic valve which submits a certain dose of fuel for the corresponding mode of loading of the engine. This dose of fuel in the form of small sprayed particles goes directly to an inlet collector. Thus the nozzle is under constant pressure of fuel which is provided with the fuel pump and is supported by a pressure regulator.

Removal and installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove pressure in fuel system and remove a weight wire from the accumulator.
2. Weaken a collar and remove an air inlet pipe from a casing of the case of a throttle. Disconnect hoses, unscrew screws and remove the top casing of the case of a throttle.
3. Release clamps and disconnect the electric socket from a fuel nozzle.
4. Unscrew the screw of fastening of the plate holding a fuel nozzle.
5. Remove a plate of fastening of a fuel nozzle.
6. Take a fuel nozzle from the case of throttles together with sealing rings (are specified by shooters).
7. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal. Thus on a fuel nozzle it is necessary to establish new sealing rings.

PRESSURE REGULATOR


Prevention

The regulator of pressure is a component of the top section of the case of throttles.


Removal and installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove pressure in fuel system and remove a weight wire from the accumulator.
2. Weaken a collar and disconnect an air inlet pipe from the top casing of throttles. Disconnect hoses, unscrew screws and remove the top casing of the case of throttles.
3. Using a marker, put combination labels on a cover of a regulator and the case of throttles. Then unscrew screws (are specified by shooters) and uncover a pressure regulator.
4. Uncover (4), then take a nest of a spring (3), a spring (2) and a diaphragm (1). Check a condition of a diaphragm and, if necessary, replace.
5. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal.

ENGINE OF MANAGEMENT OF IDLING TURNS

Removal and installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove a weight wire from the accumulator.
2. For improvement of access to the engine weaken a collar and disconnect an air inlet pipe from the top casing of a throttle. Disconnect hoses, unscrew screws and remove the top casing of the case of throttles.
3. Weaken clamps and disconnect electric sockets from the step-by-step engine operating turns of idling which is established in a forward part of the case of throttles.
4. Unscrew screws and remove the engine of management of idling turns (it is specified by an arrow).
5. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal. Thus it is necessary to establish a new sealing ring. Also check that the end face of a plunzher does not leave more than on 28 mm from the engine. If it is necessary, moving a plunzher, establish his correct vystupaniye.

THROTTLE POTENTIOMETER

Removal and installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove a weight wire from the accumulator. Weaken clamps and remove the electric socket from a potentiometer of a throttle which is established on the left side of the case of throttles.
2. Unscrew screws and remove a potentiometer.
3. Before installation put on a carving of bolts the means interfering their unscrewing, establish a potentiometer and fix bolts, having tightened them the demanded moment.

THE SENSOR OF TEMPERATURE OF COOLING LIQUID


The sensor of temperature of cooling liquid is established in a back part of an inlet collector.

THE SENSOR OF ABSOLUTE PRESSURE IN THE INLET COLLECTOR

The sensor of absolute pressure in an inlet collector is established on a partition of a motor compartment to the left of the case of throttles.

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
Switch off ignition, disconnect the electric socket and a vacuum hose from the sensor. Unscrew and remove the sensor.

SENSOR OF THE CRANKED SHAFT

The sensor is established on a back part of the block of cylinders and is available from below the car.

Removal and installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Lift a forward part of the car and fix on supports.
2. Take electric conducting of the sensor from brackets of fastening and disconnect the electric socket of the sensor.
3. Unscrew a bolt (it is specified by an arrow) and remove the sensor.
4. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal.
5. Using an edge щупа, check, that the gap between an end face of the sensor and teeths of a pulley of a cranked shaft made 1±0,7 mm.

DETONATION SENSOR

The sensor of a detonation is established on a back part of the block of cylinders and is available from below the car.

Removal and installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. The sensor of a detonation is established on a back part of the block of cylinders and is available from below the car. Lift a forward part of the car and fix on supports.
2. Disconnect the electric socket of the sensor located on wires of the sensor.
3. Unscrew a bolt and remove the sensor from the engine.
4. Check, interfaced surfaces of the sensor and the block of cylinders pure and dry, establish the sensor, fix a bolt and connect the electric socket.

ELECTRONIC CONTROL DEVICE (ECU)

The ECU block is located under a water reflector before a windscreen.

Removal and installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove a weight wire from the accumulator. Remove screen wiper levers.
2. Remove the top consolidation from a partition of a motor compartment and remove a water reflector.
3. Unscrew nuts and remove a protective casing of the ECU block.
4. Disconnect electric sockets, unscrew nuts and remove the ECU block.
5. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal.

RELAY OF THE FUEL PUMP

The relay of the fuel pump is located in a motor compartment in the relay block.

Removal and installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Uncover the block of the relay and remove the relay of the fuel pump which is painted in violet color.
2. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal.
