3.5.8. Assembly of a head of the block of cylinders

PERFORMANCE ORDER

	1. Grease cores of valves with engine oil and insert them on the places. The valve establish on those places where they were ground in.
	2. Establish a spring nest.
	3. Establish the thin-walled protective plug on a valve core.

4. For installation of maslootrazhatelny caps use a special metal opravka.
	5. Establish a klapanny spring and a plate of a spring.
	6. The special adaptation compress a klapanny spring and establish crackers in dredging of a core of the valve and grease them. Remove the adaptation for spring compression. Repeat this operation on other valves.
7. With a hammer through wooden whetstone knock on an end face of a core of the valve in order that all elements of the valve were accurately established on the places.
8. On the SOCH engine of 1,6 l establish hydraulic pushers, blocks of axial pressure and levers
9. On all petrol DOCH engines establish a head on the block of cylinders of the engine and establish in a head pushers and camshafts.
10. On diesel engines of 1,7 l establish a head on the block of cylinders of the engine and establish in a head pushers, adjusting laying and a camshaft. Establish fuel nozzles and glow plugs.
11. On diesel engines of 2,0 l establish a head on the block of cylinders and establish hydraulic pushers, levers and a camshaft.
