Removal and installation

ENGINES OF 1,7 L

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove a weight wire from the accumulator.

2. Weaken the collars, fixing the inlet air channel to a casing of the air filter and remove it from the engine.

3. Weaken collars and unscrew the bolts, fixing the inlet air channel of a turbonagnetatel and remove it from a head of the block of cylinders.

4. Unscrew the bolts, fixing a pipe of an air inlet of the heat exchanger to a collector of a head of the block of cylinders and disconnect a pipe from a collector. Weaken a collar of fastening of other party of a pipe and remove a pipe from the engine.

5. Weaken a collar and remove a vacuum hose of the fuel pump from a back part of a collector.

6. Unscrew screws and remove an arm of a plait of wires from a collector.

7. Evenly and gradually unscrew bolts and the nuts, fixing an inlet collector to a head of the block of cylinders.

8. Remove an inlet collector together with laying.

9. Check that interfaced surfaces of an inlet collector and a head of the block of cylinders, pure and dry and establish new laying on collector racks.

Establish a collector and, working in diagonal sequence, evenly and gradually tighten nuts and bolts of fastening of a collector the demanded moment.

Establish an arm of a plait of wires.

Connect a vacuum hose of the fuel pump to a collector.

Establish a pipe of an air inlet of the heat exchanger, using new laying. Tighten bolts of fastening of a pipe and connect an inlet hose.

Establish inlet channels and connect the accumulator.

ENGINES OF 2,0 L

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove a weight wire from the accumulator. Unscrew screws and remove a plastic casing from the top part of a head of the block of cylinders.
2. On engines of a turbo of low pressure remove the metal and elastic pipe connecting a final collector with a turbonagnetatel, and on engines of a turbo of a high pressure remove a pipe connecting a collector to the heat exchanger.
	3. Unscrew screws (are specified by shooters) fastenings of an arm of a plait of wires to the top part of an inlet collector.
	4. Disconnect electric sockets from sensors of cooling liquid, the fuel pump of a high pressure, the sensor of a cranked shaft and the sensor of excess of pressure of a collector and move an arm of a plait of wires aside from a collector.
	5. Remove a vacuum pipe from the valve of system of repeated burning of exhaust gases located on the top part of a collector.
	6. Unscrew a connecting nut of fastening of a pipe of supply of fuel to a nozzle.
	7. Unscrew a connecting nut of fastening of a pipe of supply of fuel to the fuel pump.
	8. Remove pipelines of supply of fuel from the fuel pump to fuel nozzles.
	9. Evenly and gradually unscrew bolts and remove the top part of a collector.
	10. To remove the bottom section of an inlet collector, disconnect a vacuum pipe from the diaphragm valve.
	11. Unscrew a bolt of fastening of an arm of the electric socket.
	12. Evenly and gradually unscrew nuts of fastening and remove the bottom section of a collector with laying from a head of the block of cylinders.
	13. Establish the bottom section of an inlet collector together with laying on a head of the block of cylinders and fix nuts, tightening them in diagonal sequence.
14. Connect a vacuum hose of the valve of a diaphragm and establish an arm with the electric socket.
15. Establish the top section of an inlet collector together with laying and fix bolts.
16. Establish an arm of a plait of wires on the top part of a collector and fix bolts. Connect electric sockets and connect a vacuum pipe to the valve of repeated burning of exhaust gases.
17. Establish the inlet air channel and establish a plastic casing on a head of the block of cylinders.
18. Connect the accumulator, start the engine and check tightness of fuel system.
