3.4.7. Pulley of a cranked shaft

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Lift a forward part of the car and fix on supports. Remove the right wheel.
2. Remove an auxiliary driving belt.
3. Weaken a bolt of fastening of a pulley of a cranked shaft. For an exception of a provorachivaniye of a cranked shaft fix it, having included any transfer and having pressed a brake.
4. Unscrew a bolt and remove a pulley of a cranked shaft. Check a condition of an oil sealing ring of a cranked shaft and, if necessary, replace it.

Installation

Prevention

At installation of a pulley it is necessary to use a new bolt.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

	1. Establish a pulley on a cranked shaft. Thus a groove in a pulley combine with a shponka of a cranked shaft.
	2. Establish a bolt of fastening of a pulley of a cranked shaft.
	3. Fix a cranked shaft from a provorachivaniye and in stages tighten a bolt of fastening of a pulley of a cranked shaft.
4. Establish an auxiliary driving belt.
5. Establish a wheel and lower the car.
