3.4.6. Cover of a head of the block of cylinders

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

	1. Unscrew screws and remove a plastic protective casing from the top part of a cover of a head.
2. Weaken a collar and disconnect a hose of ventilation of a case.
	3. On engines of a turbo weaken a clip, fixing a metal pipe to a turbonagnetatel and a clip, the fixing inlet channel to a collector. Unscrew two bolts and remove tubule assembly from the engine together with ring consolidation which is established between a pipe and a turbonagnetatel.
4. Now disconnect hoses of supply of fuel since the right end of a cover of a head and disconnect wires from incandescence candles. Unscrew a bolt, a fixing plait of wires of an inlet collector to a head cover.
	5. Unscrew bolts and uncover heads.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

	1. Check that interfaced surfaces of a cover of a head and a head of the block of cylinders, pure and dry. Establish laying on a cover of a head of the block of cylinders.
2. Establish sealing washers under nests under bolts of fastening of a cover of a head.

3. Apply a thin film hermetic on a cylindrical surface on the left side of a cover of a head and a head of the block of cylinders (at the left – an arrangement of a layer of hermetic, on the right – places of drawing of hermetic).
4. Establish a cover of a head and tighten bolts of fastening the demanded moment.
5. Connect hoses of supply of fuel and electric sockets and connect a hose of ventilation of a case.
6. On models of a turbo establish the inlet channel, using a new sealing ring.
7. Establish a protective plastic covering on a cover of a head and fix bolts.
