Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Uncover heads of the block of cylinders.
2. Remove a camshaft pulley.
3. Unscrew bolts of fastening of a back casing of a gear belt to a head of the block of cylinders.
4. Working in a certain sequence, weaken nuts of fastening of covers of bearings of a camshaft on a turn half for each pass before complete unscrewing of nuts. It is necessary for gradual and uniform removal of pressure of klapanny springs.
	5. Remove covers, checking their marking. On covers of bearings figures from 1 to 5 and an arrow who is directed to a gear belt are put.
6. Remove a camshaft from a head of the block of cylinders. Take pushers from nests in the top part of a head of the block of cylinders and place them in the numbered plastic bags for repeated installation on the places.

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Check a condition of working surfaces of bearings of a camshaft and cams on wear existence. In the presence of any wear on distributive to a shaft it is subject to replacement. Check a condition of working surfaces of bearings of a camshaft of a head of the block of cylinders. If working surfaces of bearings are worn-out, it is necessary to replace a head of the block of cylinders.
2. Check a condition of pushers. If on pushers there is a wear, it is necessary to replace a pusher.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

	1. Grease pushers with pure engine oil and establish them on the initial places.
	2. Check that in the top part of pushers adjusting laying is established.
3. Grease camshaft bearings in a head of the block of cylinders with pure engine oil and establish a camshaft. Check that the label on a pulley of a cranked shaft is combined with the index on the case of the oil pump, and the pulley of the fuel pump is fixed by a tightening bolt. Establish a camshaft so that cams of the first cylinders were directed up and the adjusting pin at an end face of a camshaft was also directed up.
	4. Grease bearings and cams of a camshaft are pure engine oil.
	5. Apply a thin film hermetic on a head of the block of cylinders in the field of installation of a cover of the first bearing of a camshaft (on a photo – places of drawing of hermetic (arrow) on a head of the block of cylinders and the provision of an adjusting pin of a camshaft (And)).
6. Establish covers of bearings of a camshaft. Thus shooters on covers should be directed to a gear belt.
	7. Tighten nuts of fastening of covers of bearings by hand. Evenly and gradually (each time on one turn) tighten covers of bearings of a camshaft to a contact them with a head of the block of cylinders. After that in a certain sequence tighten all nuts in some stages the demanded moment.
8. Establish a new oil sealing ring of a camshaft.
9. Screw bolts of fastening of a back casing of a gear belt on a head of the block of cylinders.
10. Establish shklny валив распределитеа and a gear belt.
11. Check gaps of valves and establish a cover of a head of the block of cylinders.
