3.3.14. Oil pallet

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove a weight wire from the accumulator.

2. Lift a forward part of the car and fix on supports.

3. Merge engine oil from the engine. Establish a new washer on a masloslivny stopper and screw up a stopper in the oil pallet.

4. Unscrew bolts and remove the lower part of the oil pallet.

5. To remove a body of the oil pallet, remove a forward exhaust pipe.

6. Unscrew bolts and remove the bottom protective plate of a flywheel.

7. Gradually unscrew bolts of fastening of a body of the oil pallet to a cover of the pump and the block of cylinders of the engine. Take a body of the oil pallet from under the car.

8. Unscrew bolts and remove a maslopriyemny pipe with the mesh filter.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Clear all traces of dirt and oil from interfaced surfaces of the oil pallet and the block of cylinders.
	2. Establish a new sealing ring on a pipe of a maslopriyemnik and establish a pipe of a maslopriyemnik on the engine.
	3. Check that interfaced surfaces of the main block of the oil pallet and the block of cylinders pure and dry and apply a thin film hermetic on the top part of the main oil pallet.
4. Establish the main block of the oil pallet on the block of cylinders and fix bolts. A tightening of bolts make from the center in diagonal sequence.
5. Establish a protective plate of a flywheel.
6. Establish a forward exhaust pipe.
7. Check that interfaced surfaces of the oil pallet and the bottom oil pallet pure and dry. Apply a thin film hermetic on an interfaced surface of the bottom oil pallet. Establish the bottom oil pallet and fix bolts.
8. Lower the car and fill in in the engine engine oil.
