Removal

| 1. Remove a gear belt. |
| 2. Remove a back casing of a gear belt. |
| 3. Remove the oil pallet and a pipe of a maslopriyemnik with the mesh filter. |
| 4. Disconnect the electric socket from the sensor of pressure of oil. |
| 5. On engines of 1,6 l unscrew a bolt of fastening of a suspension bracket of the sensor of a cranked shaft and move it aside from the oil pump. |
| 6. Unscrew bolts and remove the oil pump from the end of a cranked shaft. Remove laying of the oil pump. |
|
Repair
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
|
1. Unscrew screws and uncover the oil pump. |
| 2. Using a marker, note the mutual provision of internal and external rotors of the oil pump. |
|
3. Take an internal and external rotor of the oil pump from the case. |
| 4. Unscrew a bolt of fastening of a safety valve to the case of the pump and take a spring and a plunzher from the case. |
| 5. Carefully clear all details of the oil pump and check their condition. If there is a wear of a rotor or the case of the oil pump, it is necessary to replace the pump assembled. |
|
6. Check a gap between teeths of an internal and external rotor. Using a metal ruler, check an axial gap of rotors of the oil pump. |
|
7. Measure axial люфт rotors of the oil pump. |
8. Assembly of the pump is carried out in sequence, return dismantling, taking into account the next moments:
– establish rotors in the pump according to earlier put labels;
– establish a new sealing ring on a bolt of fastening of a safety valve of pressure;
– tighten fastening screws to a pump cover the demanded moment;
– rotating an internal rotor, fill the pump with pure engine oil. |

Installation
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
|
1. Take a sealing ring of a cranked shaft from the case of the oil pump. Using a tubular opravka, establish a new sealing ring of a cranked shaft. Grease working edges of a sealing ring with pure engine oil. |
| 2. Check that interfaced surfaces of the oil pump and the block of cylinders pure and dry, and directing pins are in the block of cylinders of the engine. |
| 3. Establish new laying on the block of cylinders of the engine. |
|
4. Establish the oil pump on a cranked shaft, thus combine an internal rotor with sides of a cranked shaft (2). Do not damage a sealing ring on the end of a cranked shaft (1). |
| 5. Fix the oil pump bolts, having tightened them the demanded moment. |
| 6. On engines of 1,6 l attach the sensor of a cranked shaft to the case of the oil pump. |
| 7. Connect the electric socket of the sensor of pressure of oil. |
| 8. Establish a pipe of a maslopriyemnik with the mesh filter and the oil pallet. |
| 9. Establish a back protective casing of a gear belt. |
| 10. Establish pulleys of a gear belt, single pulleys and the tension mechanism. Establish a gear belt. |
| 11. Establish the new oil filter and fill in in the engine engine oil. |
|
