Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Top casing
1. Lift a forward part of the car and fix on supports. Remove the right forward wheel.
2. Remove a casing of the air filter.
3. Remove auxiliary driving belts.
4. On the models equipped with air conditioning, unscrew a bolt of fastening of the mechanism of a tension of a driving belt of the compressor and remove it.
5. Establish under the engine a jack and through wooden whetstone raise the engine until all top of the engine will not be perceived by a jack. Unscrew nuts and remove the right suspension bracket of the power unit.
6. Unscrew bolts and remove the top casing of a gear belt together with rubber consolidation.
Bottom casing
7. Remove the top casing of a gear belt.
8. Remove a pulley of a cranked shaft.
9. Unscrew bolts and remove the bottom casing of a gear belt together with rubber consolidation.
Internal casing
10. Remove a gear belt.
11. Remove a camshaft pulley, a pulley of the fuel pump of a high pressure, a single pulley and the tension mechanism.
12. Unscrew bolts and remove an internal casing of a gear belt.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Installation is made in sequence, return to removal. Thus check correctness of an arrangement of rubber laying.
