Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Press several times a pedal of a brake to fill with air the vacuum amplifier of brakes or to remove pressure in the hydraulic block of the servomotor.
2. Uncover a tank of brake system and, using a syringe, pump out brake liquid.
3. Remove a relay box from a hydraulic regulator on the left forward side of a motor compartment.
	4. On models with a mechanical transmission weaken a collar and remove feeding tube of coupling (shooter) from a tank.
5. Having pulled up, remove a tank from the main brake cylinder.
6. Mark the brake tubes suitable to the main brake cylinder.
7. Arrange pure rags under the main brake cylinder. Unscrew nuts of fastening of brake tubes and take aside from the main brake cylinder brake tubes. Close the ends of tubes the corresponding jams.
8. Unscrew nuts of fastening and remove the main brake cylinder from the vacuum amplifier of brakes together with laying.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Installation is made in sequence, return to removal. Thus establish new laying. Remove air from hydraulic system. Nuts of fastening of brake tubes should be tightened by the demanded moment. In case of pulling the flange on the end of a tube can be damaged.
