7.2.3. Oil replacement in a transmission

GENERAL INFORMATION

As periodic replacement of oil in a transmission is not provided, in a case of a transmission there is no drain stopper.

Oil plums from a transmission will be faster and effective if this operation to make after engine warming up to working temperature and carrying out a control trip for transmission warming up.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Lift a forward part of the car and fix on supports. Remove an engine mudguard.
2. Wipe area about a cover of differential and establish the container for oil.
3. Evenly and gradually unscrew bolts of fastening of a cover of differential and merge engine oil in the container.
4. After plum of oil wipe interfaced surfaces of a transmission and a cover of differential and establish a differential cover with new laying and fix bolts.

5. Lower the car and fill in oil in a transmission through an opening for installation сапуна. Unscrew сапун, located on the top part of the mechanism of gear shifting (a photo at the left), and after oil filling (a photo on the right) screw up it into place.
