5.1.18. Final collector

Removal and installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
SOCH engines of 1,6 l
1. Disconnect the electric socket from the oxygen sensor, located on sensor wires. Release sensor electroconducting from fastening brackets so that the sensor could be removed together with a collector.
2. Remove a reception exhaust pipe.
3. Remove a zabornik of warmed-up air from a final collector.
4. Take щуп measurements of level of engine oil and remove high-voltage wires from candles of the 2nd and 3rd cylinders. Unscrew and remove the heat resisting screen of a final collector.
5. Unscrew nuts and remove a final collector from the engine together with laying.
6. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal. Thus it is necessary to use new laying of a final collector.
Other models
7. Remove the secondary pneumovalve of system of supply of air and a connecting branch pipe.
8. On models of 1,6 l disconnect the electric socket of the sensor of the oxygen, located on wires, release electroconducting from fastening brackets so that the sensor could be removed together with a collector.
9. Unscrew bolts of fastening of a reception exhaust pipe to a collector.
10. Unscrew nuts and remove a final collector together with laying.
11. Installation is made in sequence, to removal, thus it is necessary to establish to return new laying of a final collector and a reception exhaust pipe.
