Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Mechanical transmission

Prevention

For fastening of a flywheel it is necessary to use only new bolts.

1. Remove a transmission. Remove couplings from a flywheel.

2. Fix a flywheel from a provorachivaniye, having established a clamp on a gear wreath of a flywheel. Put combination labels on a flywheel and a cranked shaft.

3. Unscrew bolts of fastening and remove a flywheel.

Automatic transmission

4. Remove a transmission and a drive plate, noting that there is the plate of preservation established between bolts of fastening and a plate of a drive.

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. On models with a mechanical transmission check a flywheel on wear from coupling and a condition of teeths of a gear wreath.

2. On models with an automatic transmission check a condition of a drive of the hydrotransformer and a gear wreath.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Mechanical transmission
1. Clear interfaced surfaces of a flywheel and a cranked shaft.
2. Establish a flywheel according to earlier put labels and screw up fastening bolts.
	3. Fix a flywheel from a provorachivaniye.
	4. Finally tighten bolts of fastening of a flywheel.
	5. Tighten bolts of fastening of a flywheel on a demanded corner.
6. Establish coupling and a transmission.
Automatic transmission
7. Clear interfaced surfaces of a plate of a drive and a cranked shaft.
8. Put on a carving of bolts of fastening of a plate of a drive the means interfering unscrewing of bolts, establish a drive plate according to early the made labels and screw up fastening bolts.
9. Establish a transmission.
