| GENERAL INFORMATION |
There is no resistance by pressing of a pedal of coupling:
– the mechanism of adjustment of a cable of coupling (coupling with a hummock drive) is faulty;
– the hydraulic system of switching off of coupling (coupling with a hydraulic drive) is faulty;
– the bearing or a fork of switching off of coupling is broken;
– the diafragmenny spring in a press disk of coupling is broken.
Coupling is constantly included:
– the mechanism of adjustment of coupling (coupling with a hummock drive) is faulty;
– the hydraulic system of a drive of coupling is faulty;
– the coupling disk on shlitsa of an entrance shaft of a transmission is jammed;
– continuous contact of a disk of coupling to a flywheel or press disk;
– wrong assembly of a press disk;
– the mechanism of switching off of coupling is worn-out.
Coupling pro-slipping:
– the mechanism of adjustment of a cable of coupling (coupling with a hummock drive) is faulty;
– the hydraulic system of a drive of coupling is faulty;
– excessive wear of overlays of a disk of coupling;
– overlays of a disk of coupling are polluted by oil or lubricant;
– the disk or a weak diafragmenny spring is faulty press.
Intensive vibration at coupling inclusion:
– overlays of a disk of coupling are polluted by oil or lubricant;
– excessive wear of overlays of a disk of coupling;
– the disk or a diafragmenny spring is deformed press;
– wear of support of the engine or transmission;
– wear шлицов entrance shaft of a transmission or nave of a disk of coupling.
Noise by pressing or an otpuskaniye of a pedal of coupling:
– the bearing is worn-out vyzhimny;
– plugs of a pedal of coupling are worn-out;
– the disk is incorrectly accurate press;
– the diafragmenny spring of a press disk is broken;
– the spring of a damper of a disk of coupling is broken.
